Question: Good Recommendations to fat burning foods?
Any recommendations for fat burning foods would be greatly appreciated!

There is only one fat burning food. Food usually does not burn much (your body does use energy to break down all foods but it is never a significant amount). While there are foods that certainly help you lose weight because they are good for you, the only food that actually takes more energy to break down than it gives you is….celery. That said, there ARE foods that can help you boost your metabolism which can help you burn fat fast.
