At this point Thirteen pounds lighter, I would like to eliminate another 12 lbs to reach my college pounds. Regarding the past year I have already been faithfully taking walks not one but two miles a day on the tread mill sporting a weight vest. However the scale didn&#039;t move. So right after reaching a plateau, I determined it is really time for a fresh program. And with all the buzz regarding Wii Fit, maybe it is time for a high tech approach to pounds loss.
